Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. This ensures appointment availability for other clients and respects the time of our practitioners.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the consultation cost.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in a 100% charge of the consultation fee.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to practitioner availability and may still incur a cancellation fee at our discretion.

  • Please cancel or reschedule using the Jane app, email info@salrimedihealth.com.au or call 0447 509 000 at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies, unforeseen illness, or exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
